These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of minaleaf.com (the "Site") and to any order you place with MinaLeaf ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About us

MinaLeaf is an online store based in Pakistan that creates custom digital oil painting portraits and canvas wall art, printed and finished to order. Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may update, change or suspend any part of the Site at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
You're responsible for giving correct and complete order, delivery and contact details.

4. Custom artwork and your photos

You confirm that you own the photos you send us, or have permission to use them, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.
You give us permission to use your photos only to create, print and deliver your order.
We won't share your custom portrait publicly (for example on social media) without your permission.
We may refuse to create artwork from images that are offensive, unlawful or infringe someone else's rights.

5. Previews and approval

For custom paintings, we send a digital preview before production. Your approval of the preview confirms that the artwork is correct, and production begins after approval. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may cost extra.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Shipping costs, and any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout using the methods shown there.

7. Product appearance

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens display colour differently and canvas has a natural texture. Small differences between the on-screen image and the finished artwork are normal and are not a defect. Product images and room mock-ups are for illustration.

8. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, refunds and damaged orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, text, logos and images, belongs to MinaLeaf or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell it without our written permission. Artwork you buy is for personal display; buying a print does not transfer copyright in the design.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MinaLeaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
