Choose your size and frame style on the custom painting page and place your order. Upload your photo at checkout, or WhatsApp it to us after ordering. Add any notes for the artist, like names, colours or background ideas.

Send 1–3 clear photos with faces in focus and good natural light. Send the original file, not a screenshot. On WhatsApp, send it as a Document so the quality isn't compressed.

Yes. We can add or remove people, combine people from different photos, change the background and change outfit colours. Just tell us what you'd like in your order notes or on WhatsApp.

Yes. We send you a free digital preview within 24–48 hours, with unlimited minor revisions. We only print once you approve it.

9×12 inch: side table, study desk or a small wall gap.
12×18 inch: bedroom wall or entrance. Our favourite size for gifts.
18×24 inch: a living room feature piece.
24×36 inch: above the sofa or bed, for big impact.

Yes. Framed and gallery wrapped pieces arrive ready to hang. The "Without Frame" option needs to be framed or stretched first.

Yes, gift wrapping is available on request. It's perfect for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and Eid. Mention it in your order notes or on WhatsApp.

You get your preview within 24–48 hours. After you approve it, your painting is printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days (up to 7 during Eid and busy seasons). Delivery time after dispatch depends on your city or country. See our Shipping Policy.

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan and ship worldwide.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and finish of your order. You'll see the full cost before you pay.

Yes. We share your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Order as early as you can and mention your date in the order notes or on WhatsApp. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it in time.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Each painting is made only for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. That's why you approve a free preview before we print. See our Refund Policy.

Take photos of the artwork and the packaging and contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or arrange a refund.
